Wyonegonic is a traditional residential girls summer camp in a beautiful setting on Moose Pond in Denmark Maine. Wyonegonic offers two 3 week sessions or a 6 week session. Campers live in small cabin groups in three units divided by grades. There is an emphasis on personal development and group cooperation. Leadership Training is offered to age 16 and 17. Typically our 200 campers represents 30 states and 15 foreign countries. Founded in 1902 Wyonegonic is affiliated with Winona Camps for boys, we are the oldest Brother/Sister camps in the country.

Camp Kippewa for Girls

Kippewa is a unique all-girls overnight camp in Maine for ages 6 to 15 with two different session lengths available.

For both camps, Lake Cobbosseecontee is the perfect setting for top-notch Water Sports instruction in waterskiing, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and kayaking. Main focus is helping campers improve or advance their equestrian skills and knowledge with mounted lessons and instruction in horsemanship, horse training, and barn management. Safety is a top priority. We follow safety standards of the Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA).

Daily schedule also includes horse care: cleaning, grooming, tacking/un-tacking, feeding, and learning about horse anatomy and development. In addition to their expertise, our staff provide the individual attention, caring, and fun you find in traditional camp settings!
